Head Bartender

With nearly 20 years of beverage experience behind him, Head Bartender Julio Enriquez is a master of his craft who loves to experiment with seasonal and local ingredients to discover enticing and layered flavor profiles. At Town House, Enriquez’s cocktails are creative and complex-albeit-fun and approachable. Inspired by the seasonal menu, many of the same ingredients featured there can be found in his cocktails.

Enriquez spent the majority of his career at Blue Hill at Stone Barns where he was responsible for cocktail development, dreaming up an on-the-spot, signature beverages tailored to each diner and crafted the to-go cocktails that were sold throughout the pandemic. Prior to joining Town House, Enriquez consulted on the cocktail list at La Casa Bronxville, where he experimented with tropical ingredients and built their spirits program.

When he isn’t at Town House, he spends time at Feel Good Booch, the kombucha company that he co-founded with colleague Ronald Rufino. After hours you can find him enjoying the roller coaster ride of flavors found in the Jungle Bird, currently his favorite cocktail.
