Executive Chef

Intimately dedicated to his craft, Executive Chef Chris dos Reis has a deep passion for the use of seasonal, local produce. Most interested in the value of consistent execution and the depth of flavor profiles, he pays homage to his Portuguese heritage at Town House where he cooks an American menu through a Portuguese lens.

Never one to sit still and always eager to learn something new at the highest level, Reis has traveled all over the world in an effort to hone his craft. He has cooked in esteemed kitchens throughout Europe including the one Michelin star KADEAU in Denmark and the two Michelin Faviken in Sweden. In New York he has spent time at the two Michelin starred restaurants Aska, Momofuku Ko and Blue Hill at Stone Barns.

With Town House’s proximity to the Hudson Valley and its abundance of farms, Reis is eager to raise the bar, showcasing the best of what Westchester has to offer on the menu. On his days off you can find Reis cooking - despite it being his full time profession, cooking soothes his soul.
